The HOA By Laws require that members have access to the HOA Board Meeting Minutes. For easy viewing, these minutes are stored online in a Dropbox folder.
Only the minutes from 2009 onward are stored on Dropbox. If you need a copy of minutes prior to that, please contact the current HOA President.
When you click on the link below, you will be presented with a series of folders which contain the minutes. Click on the year you are looking for and then you can select the month’s minutes that you want to read.
